Carmen Isabella Sandiego is a fictional character featured in a long-running Carmen Sandiego (video game series), edutainment video games series of the same name created by the American software company Broderbund. An enhanced version of the game was released in 1989, which did not have the almanac-based copy protection and instead used disk-based copy protection.
