Carlos Augusto Borret dos Santos (born 6 June 1990), simply known as Carlão is a Brazilian professional footballer playing for Al-Wehdat as a defender. Club career Carlão started his career with Atlético-PR in Serie A making four appearances in 2009. However to get more first team appearances, he was loaned out to Figueirense and ASA in the following years. In 2011, he played for Ipatinga. Then Carlão kicked off fis career in Greece, playing for Aiginiakos in Football League. However the club was relegated and so he returned to his country, joining Ypiranga PE in 2013. Carlos Eduardo da Silva Santos (born 12 March 2001), commonly known as Carlão, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a central defender for Paysandu. Club career Náutico Born in Recife, Pernambuco, Carlão started his career with the youth sides of hometown club Náutico. In February 2019, he moved to Fluminense on loan, being initially assigned to the under-20s. Back to Náutico in July 2019, Carlão made his first team debut on 19 July 2020, starting in a 2–1 Campeonato Pernambucano away win over Salgueiro, and providing an assist to Thiago Fernandes' opening goal. Carlos Barreto (born 22 July 1968) is a retired Brazilian mixed martial arts fighter, BJJ coach, and Black House founder who was trained by the legendary Carlson Gracie. A veteran of both the UFC and Pride Fighting Championships, Barreto holds notable wins over Ben Rothwell, Kevin Randleman and Dan Bobish. He won the IVC Heavyweight Championship in 1999. Carlos "Carlão" Alberto Santos (born February 14, 1976) is a 3-time World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu heavyweight champion. Career and accomplishments In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Carlson Gracie Academy Carlos's Jiu-Jitsu career started in 1993 at the famous Carlson Gracie Academy in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, under the supervision of Marcelo Alonso and Marcelo Saporito. He trained under Carlson Gracie until receiving his brown belt. Brazilian Top Team Thereafter, Carlos became a head coach of Brazilian Top Team (BTT), where he managed the Gi division.
