Carly Waters
Carly Waters (born December 19, 1995) is an American rugby union player. She is a Scrumhalf for the United States and for Sale Sharks in the Premier 15s. She competed for the Eagles at the 2021 Rugby World Cup. Rugby career Waters began playing rugby in 2010 in High School as a full-back and went on to win three national titles for Penn State. She previously played for the Colorado Gray Wolves in the Women's Premier League in the U.S before signing with Saracens in the Premier 15s in England for the 2021–22 season. She was one of 43 players who took part in the Eagles three-week training camp in mid-June 2021. Waters made her international debut for the United States against New Zealand at Chicago in November 2018. She was selected in the Eagles squad for the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. Downingtown, Pennsylvania
Downingtown is a Borough (Pennsylvania), borough in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States, west of Philadelphia. As of the 2020 United States Census, 2020 census, it had a population of 7,898. Downingtown was settled by European colonists in 1716 and has a number of historic buildings and structures. History The borough was originally named Milltown due to its number of mills along the East Branch Brandywine Creek, the first of which was founded by Daniel Butter. The Butter family also had paper mills in the area, and Frederick Bicking from Winterburg, Germany, was the patriarch of the Bicking paper families. 2022–23 Premier 15s
The 2022–23 Premier 15s is the 6th season of the Premier 15s, the highest tier of English domestic women's rugby union competition (the 24th season including editions of the previous Women's Premiership), and the 3rd to be sponsored by Allianz. The competition schedule was adapted to take place in a shortened timeframe, compared with previous seasons, in order to accommodate the 2021 Rugby World Cup. For the second year running, the Allianz Cup took place alongside the league, with fixtures for this cup competition scheduled within the international windows during the season.
