Carlos Rotondi
Carlos Rodolfo Rotondi (born 2 March 1997) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a winger for Liga MX club Cruz Azul. Career Newell’s Old Boys Rotondi began his career with Newell's Old Boys, signing in 2015. He made his senior debut on 11 June 2017 in the Copa Argentina, featuring for twenty-five minutes of a 4–1 victory over Central Norte. Over a year later, Rotondi made his first appearance in professional league football during an away loss to Godoy Cruz on 27 August 2018. Loan to San Luis In February 2019, Rotondi was loaned to San Luis of Primera B de Chile. He scored his first senior goal on 16 March 2019 against Santiago Wanderers, a club he would later join on loan in January 2020; with them now in the Primera División having won promotion. The 2016–17 Argentine Primera División – Torneo de la Independencia was the 127th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The tournament was named in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Independence of Argentina. The season began on August 26, 2016 and ended on June 27, 2017. Leagues Cup
The Leagues Cup is an annual soccer competition between clubs from Major League Soccer (MLS), the main soccer league in the United States, and Liga MX, the main soccer league in Mexico. It is hosted in Canada and the United States. It began in July 2019 with four teams from both leagues participating. The first edition was a single-elimination tournament hosted in the United States with a final played in Whitney, Nevada, near Las Vegas, on September 18, 2019. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, also known as Copa Sudamericana (; ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL, the governing body of football in South America, since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The CONMEBOL Libertadores, also known as Copa Libertadores de América (), is an annual continental club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960. It is the highest level of competition in South American club football. The 2020 Chilean Primera División, known as Campeonato Nacional AFP PlanVital 2020 for sponsorship reasons, was the 90th season of the Chilean Primera División, Chile's top-flight football league. The 2019 Primera B de Chile (known as Campeonato As.com 2019 for sponsoring purposes) was the 66th season of Chile's second-tier football league. The competition began on 15 February 2019 and was scheduled to end in December 2019. Due to the 2019 Chilean protests, the competition was suspended since mid-October with three matches as well as the promotion play-offs still left. After a failed attempt to resume normal activity, on 29 November 2019, ANFP's Council of Presidents voted to conclude the season.
