Carlos Eduardo Salazar
Carlos Eduardo Salazar Paz (born 1 July 1981) is a Colombian retired football player who played as a midfielder. He has played for teams in Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Chile, Iran and the United States. Club career Colo-Colo On 1 February 2008, Salazar was signed by Colo-Colo. Salazar made his debut against Universidad de Concepción as a starter, scoring the only goal of the match at the 42 minute mark. He made his debut appearance in the Copa Libertadores by playing a match against Atlas, in which Colo-Colo lost 0-3. With the arrival of Fernando Astengo, Salazar was dropped from the team. Juticalpa () is the capital of Olancho Department in Honduras, with a population of 69,850 (2020 calculation), and the municipal seat of Juticalpa Municipality. The Azadegan League ( fa, ليگ آزادگان, ''Lig-e Âzâdegân''), also known as League 1 ( fa, لیگ یک, ''Lig-e Yek''), is the second highest division of professional football in Iran. It was the top-level football league in Iran from its foundation in 1991 until 2001, when the Persian Gulf Pro League was established. Each year, the top finishing teams in the Azadegan League are promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to League 2 (Iran), League 2. Aragua Fútbol Club () is a Venezuelan football team based in the city of Maracay, in the state of Aragua. Fernando Enrique Astengo Sánchez (born 8 January 1960) is a former footballer and current manager. Career During his years as footballer he played as centre back, position which was well considered after being featured in 1988's America Ideal Team. Despite his success, in 1989, Astengo was involved in Chile national team scandal at Maracanã, which alongside keeper Roberto Rojas and his coach :Orlando Aravena received a five-year ban by the FIFA.
