Carl Hartzell
Carl Hartzell (born 4 May 1967) is a Swedish diplomat, currently serving as Deputy Director-General and Head of Department for Multilateral Governance and Humanitarian Policy at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm. After an early career in his home country in the 1990s, Hartzell subsequently held a number of positions in the European Union diplomatic service and, also, served as Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia from 2018 to 2022. Charles Michel
Charles Michel (; born 21 December 1975) is a Belgian politician serving as the president of the European Council since 2019. He previously served as the prime minister of Belgium between 2014 and 2019. Michel became the minister of Development Cooperation in 2007, and remained in this position until elected the leader of the Francophone liberal Reformist Movement (MR) in February 2011. He led MR to the 2014 federal election, where they emerged as the third-largest party in the Chamber of Representatives.
