Carl Bennett (racing Driver)
Carl Wattana Bennett (born 2 September 2004) is a Thai-American racing driver who currently competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Isotta Fraschini and the European Le Mans Series for Duqueine Team. Having raced in various Formula 4 series as well as Eurocup-3, Bennett switched to endurance racing in 2023, achieving an overall podium in the Asian Le Mans Series in LMP2 before progressing to Hypercar, the top class of WEC. He is a member of A14 Management, overseen by two-time Formula One World Champion Fernando Alonso. 24 Hours Of Le Mans
The 24 Hours of Le Mans (french: link=no, 24 Heures du Mans) is an endurance-focused sports car race held annually near the town of Le Mans, France. It is the world's oldest active endurance racing event. Unlike fixed-distance races whose winner is determined by minimum time, the 24 Hours of Le Mans is won by the car that covers the greatest distance in 24 hours. Endurance racing is a form of motorsport racing which is meant to test the durability of equipment and endurance of participants. Teams of multiple drivers attempt to cover a large distance in a single event, with participants given a break with the ability to change during the race. Endurance races can be run either to cover a set distance in laps as quickly as possible, or to cover as much distance as possible over a preset amount of time. One of the more common lengths of endurance races has been running for , or roughly six hours. Longer races can run for , 12 hours, or even 24 hours. 2022 GB4 Championship
The 2022 GB4 Championship partnered by the BRDC was the first season of a new motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars in Britain. The 2022 season was the inaugural season for the championship, which was organised by MotorSport Vision. The season ran over eight triple-header rounds and started on 2 April at Snetterton Circuit. The Isotta Fraschini Tipo 6 LMH Competizione (also known as the Tipo 6 LMH-C) is a sports prototype developed by Isotta Fraschini and for the Le Mans Hypercar class of the FIA World Endurance Championship. Other versions were made, including a track day version and a road version, respectively called the Pista and Strada. The Oreca 07 is a Le Mans Prototype built by French manufacturer Oreca to meet the 2017 FIA and ACO LMP2 regulations. Asian Le Mans Series
The Asian Le Mans Series is an Asian sports car racing endurance series created by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) and based in Asia. It is the successor to the defunct Japan Le Mans Challenge which folded in 2007 after its second season. The ACO aims to attract teams and drivers from Asian countries. A teasing race was to be held in Shanghai, China on November 1–2, 2008 but was later cancelled. The inaugural season's race, the 2009 1000 km of Okayama, was held on 30 October and 1 November 2009 at Okayama, Japan with one 500 km race per day. It was the only event of the inaugural season. NOLA Motorsports Park is a full service motorsports facility in Avondale, Louisiana approximately twenty minutes from downtown New Orleans.
