German rapper Capital Bra has released eight studio albums, four extended plays (EPs) and seventy singles (including thirteen as featured artist). In 2016, he premiered his first studio album ''Kuku Bra'' which debuted at number 32 on the German and at number 61 on the Austrian album charts. In February 2017, Capital Bra released his second studio album ''Makarov Komplex'' which peaked within the top five in Austria, Germany and in Switzerland, spawning four singles of which "Es geht ums Geschäft" entered the charts at number 76 in Germany. The limited box set of ''Makarov Komplex'' included his first EP ''Oh Kolleg''. In May of the same year, he distributed his second EP ''Ibrakadabra'' to minor commercial success in Switzerland. Born in a small town in Siberia, Russia and raised in Dnipro, Ukraine, he and his mother moved to Berlin, Germany in the early 2000s. The GfK Entertainment charts are the official music charts in Germany and are gathered and published by GfK Entertainment (formerly Media Control and Media Control GfK International), a subsidiary of GfK, on behalf of Bundesverband Musikindustrie. GfK Entertainment is the provider of weekly Top 100 single and album charts, as well as various other chart formats for genres like compilations, jazz, classical music, schlager, hip hop, dance, comedy, and music videos. Following a lawsuit in March 2014 by Media Control AG, Media Control® GfK International had to change its name. ''Berlin lebt 2'' ("Berlin Is Alive 2") is the first collaborative studio album by German rappers Capital Bra and Samra. It was released on 4 October 2019 through Bra Music and Urban. The album serves as a continuation of Capital Bra's fourth studio album ''Berlin lebt'' (2018). The album was preceded by five singles, four of which debuted at number one in Germany. The fifth single "110" became Capital Bra's eighteenth and Samra's tenth number-one single in Germany. Additionally, the rappers reached number one in Germany for the sixth time as a duo.
