Canyon Eisberg
AT85 Pro Cycling was a British UCI Continental cycling team founded in 2017 by sports director Tim Elverson. The team folded on 17 March 2023. Team History The team formed as Bike Channel–Canyon in 2017. The team recorded three wins during its inaugural season, all at the Tour of Quanzhou Bay. Stage 1 was won by Harry Tanfield, with Rory Townsend taking the lead in the minor classifications. Max Stedman won stage 2 of the race taking the lead on the Queen stage, he held the lead at the end of the following stage to win the race overall. On 1 January 2018, the team announced that Eisberg had stepped up its sponsorship to allow the team to function after Bike Channel went into administration. The team has enjoyed two hugely successful seasons. Road Bicycle Racing
Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on paved roads. Road racing is the most popular professional form of bicycle racing, in terms of numbers of competitors, events and spectators. The two most common competition formats are mass start events, where riders start simultaneously (though sometimes with a handicap) and race to a set finish point; and time trials, where individual riders or teams race a course alone against the clock. Stage races or "tours" take multiple days, and consist of several mass-start or time-trial stages ridden consecutively. Professional racing originated in Western Europe, centred in France, Spain, Italy and the Low Countries. 2018 Tour Of Britain
The 2018 Tour of Britain was an eight-stage men's professional road cycling race. It was the fifteenth running of the modern version of the Tour of Britain and the 78th British tour in total. The race started on 2 September in Pembrey Country Park and finished on 9 September in London. It was part of the 2018 UCI Europe Tour. The French rider Julian Alaphilippe of won the race. Teams were replaced by less than week before the start of the race. Benjamin Jefrey "Ben" Perry (born 7 March 1994) is a Canadian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProSeries, UCI ProTeam . Career He was educated at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School (St. Catharines), Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School in St. Catharines where, prior to focusing on cycling, he also competed in cross country running. Euan Macleod (cyclist)
Euan Macleod (born 1956) is a New Zealand-born artist. Macleod was born in Christchurch, New Zealand and moved to Sydney, Australia in 1981, where he lives and works. He received a Certificate in Graphic Design from Christchurch Technical College in 1975 and a Diploma in Fine Arts (Painting) from the University of Canterbury in 1979. As well as pursuing his art he also teaches painting at the National Art School in Sydney. Style Macleod deals mostly with landscapes and the human presence within it. James Nathaniel Brown (born February 17, 1936) is an American former football player, sports analyst and actor. He played as a fullback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL) from 1957 through 1965. Matthew John Bostock (born 16 July 1997) is a Manx road and track cyclist, who last rode for UCI ProTeam . He won a bronze medal riding for Great Britain, at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships, in the team pursuit.
