France 24 ( in French) is a French state-owned publicly funded international news television network based in Paris. Its channels, broadcast in French, English, Arabic and Spanish, are aimed at the overseas market. Based in the Paris suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the service started on 6 December 2006. It is aimed at a worldwide market and is generally broadcast by pay television providers around the world, but additionally, in 2010, France 24 began broadcasting online through its own iPhone and Android apps. It is a provider of live streaming world news which can be viewed via its website, YouTube, and various mobile devices and digital media players. KPJK (channel 60) is a non-commercial independent television station licensed to San Mateo, California, United States, serving the San Francisco Bay Area. OpenView is a free-to-view direct broadcast satellite television provider in South Africa which is run by Platco Digital (part of the eMedia Group which includes free-to-air channel e.tv). It launched on 15 October 2013. In addition to the "e" suite of networks, OpenView also carries the SABC networks, along with several domestic and international channels. It also carries nearly thirty audio-only radio stations. In 2023, Openview launched Ultraview, which is the pay-tv service of Openview. It launched with 2 bouquets, SPICE and eDGE. WTBS-LD (channel 6) is a low-power television station in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, which has been owned by Prism Broadcasting since 1991. The station's transmitter is located at the American Tower Site on Chester Avenue in downtown Atlanta.
