Yui Yoshioka (born March 26, 1987), known mononymously as Yui (stylized as YUI or yui), is a Japanese singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. In her solo career, she sold more than 5 million physical copies in Japan. Her previous single, "It's Happy Line", was released under Leaflet Records. The single was used as the opening theme to the J-Drama ''Fukigen na Gene''.
