Camilo Cascolan
Camilo Pancratius Pascua Cascolan (November 10, 1964 – November 24, 2023) was a Filipino police general who served as the 24th Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) from September to November 2020 under President Rodrigo Duterte. After his retirement from the PNP, President Bongbong Marcos appointed him as an undersecretary of the Department of Health where he served from October 2022 until his death in November 2023. He was the first Cordilleran to lead the country's national police force. Cascolan served five years with the Philippine Constabulary and 28 years with the PNP. He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1986 and joined the police force in 1992. He served as chief of police in three municipalities in Iloilo in the 1990s and the city of Taguig in the late 2000s. Oscar Albayalde
Oscar David Albayalde (; born November 8, 1963) is a retired Filipino police officer who served as the Chief of the Philippine National Police from April 2018 until his optional retirement in October 2019. Early life and education Albayalde was born on November 8, 1963, in San Fernando, Pampanga, the son of Philippine Air Force retired master sergeant Fidel S. Albayalde and Consolacion David. He studied at the University of the Assumption in San Fernando, Pampanga for two years, from 1980 to 1982, and then entered the Philippine Military Academy, because of the influence of his father. Igorot People

The Philippine Military Academy ( / ) also referred to by its acronym PMA is the premier military academy for Filipinos aspiring for a commission as a military officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). It was established on December 21, 1936, by the virtue of National Defense Act of 1935. It is patterned after the United States Military Academy, in West Point, New York. The academy is located in the municipality of Tuba in Benguet and the city of Baguio, and serves as the primary training school for future officers of the AFP.
