Cameron Ray Eden (born March 31, 1998) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the New York Yankees organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays. Amateur career A native of Yuba City, California, Eden attended high school at Yuba City High School and would then attend the University of California, Berkeley and played college baseball for the California Golden Bears. In 2018, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League, and was named a league all-star. Outfielder
An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. 2019 Major League Baseball Draft
The 2019 Major League Baseball draft was held from June 3 to 5, 2019. The draft assigned amateur baseball players to MLB teams. The draft order was set based on the reverse order of the 2018 MLB season standings. In addition, compensation picks were distributed for players who did not sign from the 2018 MLB draft and for teams that lost qualifying free agents.
