Li-Ming Hu (born June 22, 1987), is a New Zealand artist and former actress. She is best known for playing Li Mei Chen in ''Shortland Street'', Gemma/RPM Operator Silver in ''Power Rangers RPM'', and Lisa Fong in the short film ''Take 3''. Biography Hu was born to Chinese-Singaporean immigrant parents in Palmerston North. Catherine Jane Sutherland (born 24 October 1974) is an Australian/American actress. Stephen Antonio Cardenas (born May 29, 1974) is an American martial artist and actor. He is best known for playing the character Rocky DeSantos, the second Red Ranger in ''Mighty Morphin Power Rangers'' and eventually the Blue Zeo Ranger in ''Power Rangers Zeo''.
