''Power Rangers Ninja Steel'' is the twenty-fourth season of the television program ''Power Rangers''. Li-Ming Hu (born June 22, 1987), is a New Zealand artist and former actress. She is best known for playing Li Mei Chen in ''Shortland Street'', Gemma/RPM Operator Silver in ''Power Rangers RPM'', and Lisa Fong in the short film ''Take 3''. Catherine Jane Sutherland (born 24 October 1974) is an Australian/American actress.
