Callum Anderson
Callum Bradley Anderson (born 1991 or 1992) is a British Labour Party politician serving as Member of Parliament (MP) for Buckingham and Bletchley since 2024. Early life and career Anderson was born in Dunstable, Bedfordshire to a black father and white mother. He was raised by his mother, a shopworker, in a council house. In 2013, Anderson received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with German from the University of Birmingham. He has worked as a policy adviser to the London Stock Exchange and City of London Corporation, having previously worked for several think tanks. Before being elected as an MP, Anderson worked at London Stock Exchange Group plc. Political career Anderson joined the Labour Party at 18 years old. He has been a member of Labour's National Policy Forum, supported by Labour to Win, and the BAME Labour Network executive. South West Bedfordshire was a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. As with all constituencies of the UK Parliament, it elected one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. The serving Member from 2001 to 2024 was Conservative Andrew Selous, who succeeded Conservative David Madel. Selous was re-elected five times: in 2005, 2010, 2015, 2017 and 2019. 2022 Ealing London Borough Council Election
The 2022 Ealing London Borough Council election took place on 5 May 2022, under new election boundaries, which increased the number of Ealing London Borough Council councillors to 70. The elections took place alongside local elections in the other London boroughs and elections to local authorities across the United Kingdom.
