Cady is a town in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 710 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Hatchville is located partially in the town. History The town was named for Jacob Cady, who brought his family from Vermont around 1850 to establish a saw mill in the area. Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 34.9 square miles (90.3 km2), of which, 34.5 square miles (89.4 km2) of it is land and 0.3 square miles (0.9 km2) of it (1.00%) is water.
