Patrick Hayward Caddell (May 19, 1950 – February 16, 2019) was an American public opinion pollster and a political film consultant who served in the Carter administration. He worked for Democratic presidential candidates George McGovern in 1972, Jimmy Carter in 1976 and 1980, Gary Hart in 1984 (primary), Walter Mondale in 1984 (general election), Joe Biden in 1988, and Jerry Brown in 1992. He also worked for Mario Cuomo, Bob Graham, Michael Dukakis, Paul Simon, Ted Kennedy, Harold Washington, and Andrew Romanoff. He is a former NXT North American Champion and was the final Million Dollar Champion. He began to work on the independent circuit in 2009 as Trevor Lee, most notably in Pro Wrestling Guerilla (PWG), where he was PWG Tag Team Champion with Andrew Everett. Brigadier-General Walter Buckingham Caddell (22 September 1879 – 20 April 1944) was a Royal Artillery, Royal Flying Corps and Royal Air Force officer who served in a number of senior military aviation appointments during World War I. Born on 22 September 1879, the son of Lieutenant-Colonel Henry Caddell and his wife Anna Matilda (née Persse), Walter Caddell was to grow up in a large family being the fourth child amongst nine children. He was commissioned a Second lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery on 26 May 1900, and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 29 March 1902. In March 1916 Caddell was appointed Deputy Assistant Director of Military Aeronautics at the War Office in London. He effectively served as the chief assistant to Brigadier-General Duncan MacInnes, the Director of Aircraft Equipment. James Caddell
James Caddell (c. 1794–c.1826) was a New Zealand Pākehā Māori, sealer and interpreter. In late 1810 Caddell was the only survivor from the sealer ''Sydney Cove'' boat crew which was captured by local Māori at the mouth of the Clutha River. The other five crewmen were killed. He later married Tokitoki, the daughter of a local chief and took a full moko (facial tattoo). The Dismemberment Plan was a Washington, D.C. based indie rock band formed on January 1, 1993. Also known as D-Plan or The Plan, the name was derived from an industry phrase used by insurance salesman Ned Ryerson in the popular comedy ''Groundhog Day''. The band members included Eric Axelson (bass), Jason Caddell ( guitar), Joe Easley (drums), and Travis Morrison ( vocals and guitar). Axelson, Caddell, Morrison and original drummer Steve Cummings formed the band in college, knowing each other from attending northern Virginia high schools (Axelson, Cummings, and Morrison attended Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia). Cummings left the band after the recording of their debut album '' !'' and was replaced by Easley, cementing the band's lineup. The Dismemberment Plan released four albums before breaking up in 2003, the best known being 1999's critically acclaimed ''Emergency & I''.
