Nicolae Simatoc Stadium, also known as ''Stadionul comunei Lozova'', is a football stadium in Lozova, Moldova. The stadium has been home of FC Codru Lozova until 2021, when the club merged with CS Atletic Strășeni. Since then it has been hosting home games of the latter. It has a capacity of 1060 seats. Lozova (, ) or Lozovaya () is a city in Kharkiv Oblast, eastern Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Lozova Raion. FC Codru Lozova
FC Codru Lozova was a Moldovan football club based in Lozova, Moldova. The club spent two seasons in the Moldovan National Division, the first tier of Moldovan football. History FC Codru started in the third tier and earned promotion in the 2014–15 season, finishing second in the Centre division. In the 2018 season, they were promoted from the second tier, finishing in first place. They made their debut in the top division in the 2019 season, finishing 8th out of 8 teams. They avoided relegation after winning the relegation play-off against CSF Spartanii Selemet, but were relegated the following season. Codru were dissolved on 11 August 2021 when they merged with CS Atletic Strășeni. Nicolae Simatoc
Nicolae Simatoc (also known as Nicolae Șmatoc, Miklós Szegedi or Nicholas Sims; 1 May 1920 – 11 December 1979) was a Romanian football player and manager. Club career Simatoc started playing junior level football at age 14 in 1934 at Ripensia Timișoara. He made his Divizia A debut on 28 May 1939 in a 1–0 home loss to Juventus București. In 1941 he went at Carmen București where he spent one season and a half before moving to Hungary at Nemzeti Bajnokság I team, Nagyváradi AC with whom under the guidance of coach Ferenc Rónay he won the title in the 1943–44 season, contributing with one goal in 19 matches. Afterwards he spent one year at Vasas, then he returned to Romania at Carmen where on 7 December 1947 he made his last Divizia A appearance in a 6–2 home win against Ciocanul București.
