CSM Săcele
Club Sportiv Municipal Săcele is a Romanian Association football, football club from Săcele, Brașov County, founded in 1950. They currently compete in the Liga IV, rejoining senior competitions from the 2013–14 season, after they retired from the Liga III during the 2008–09 season due to financial reasons. History In the year 1950, the team of the Electroprecizia Factory from the City of Săcele (Brașov County) was established, under the name of ''Fotbal Club Precizia Săcele''. Liga II
The Liga 2, most commonly spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07 football season. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company under the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Since its inception in 1934, Liga II has had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. The 2017–18 Liga IV was the 76th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. 2019–20 Liga IV
The 2019–20 Liga IV was the 78th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. This had to be the third season when the counties were divided into 7 regions, each consisting of 6 counties and the draw was made on 15 February 2019, with 4 months before the first matches. In the spring of 2020, most of the county leagues were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the promotion format will be changed, especially due to the fact that no team (apart from the teams that were already excluded or dissolved) relegated from Liga III. The promotion play-off system was changed from 21 two-legged matches in 14 groups of 3 teams, the winners of the groups and the best 7 ranked runners-up will be promoted to the third tier, 14 teams instead of 21. 2020–21 Liga IV
The 2020–21 Liga IV was the 79th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially postponed due to the high costs generated by COVID-19 pandemic, but on 7 April 2021, the Romanian Football Federation approved a new protocol for the amateur leagues, with lower costs. The county associations had only a month to play a blitzkrieg season, but only 24 leagues (out of 42) had a competition and announced a champion in time, three other county associations (CălăraÈ™i, Giurgiu and Vrancea) organized a competition, but which ended after the deadline imposed by the FRF. The promotion play-off will be played in two rounds. First round will be played between 6 winners of Liga IV (chosen randomly), consisting of 3 matches played on neutral ground. The 2002–03 Divizia C season was the 47th season of Divizia C, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. Starting next season, Divizia B will consist of three groups of sixteen teams, while Divizia C will feature nine groups of fourteen teams each.
