CPI Property Group (“CPIPG”) is a real estate landlord of income-generating commercial properties focused on the Czech Republic, Berlin, Warsaw and the Central & Eastern European (CEE) region. It was founded in the Czech Republic in 1991. The company's headquarters are in Luxembourg, and its shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Radovan Vítek is the founder and majority shareholder of the company, holding approximately 88.8% of CPIPG's share capital and 89.4% (as of 31 December 2021) of voting rights directly and through vehicles controlled by him. CPIPG's owned real estate portfolio is valued at €18.1 billion (as at 31 March 2022), comprising more than 570 commercial properties, over 4,000 international and local tenants, and exposure to multiple geographies and property segments. Radovan Vítek (born 22 January 1971) is a Czech billionaire real estate investor, and majority shareholder in CPI Property Group, which owns a €9.8 billion property portfolio of 418 properties including offices, retail, 12,306 residential units and 10,488 hotel beds. Career Radovan Vítek started his property career in Slovakia 1990's voucher privatization, before returning to the Czech Republic in 1997.
