CIMS-FM (''Sommet FM'') is a Canadian French language, French-language community radio radio station, station operating at 103.9 Hertz, MHz/FM broadcasting, FM, located in Balmoral, New Brunswick, Balmoral, New Brunswick. According to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), the station's city of licence is Balmoral, but the Industry Canada database lists the station as being based in Campbellton, New Brunswick, Campbellton. Coordinated Incident Management System
The New Zealand Co-ordinated Incident Management System (CIMS) is New Zealand's system for managing the response to an incident involving multiple responding agencies. Its developers based the system on the United States' Incident Command System (ICS) - developed in the 1970s - and on other countries' adaptations of ICS, such as Australia's Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS). Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) is an open standard that allows different content management systems to inter-operate over the Internet. Specifically, CMIS defines an abstraction layer for controlling diverse document management system, document management systems and repositories using World Wide Web, web Communications protocol, protocols. Concept CMIS defines a domain model plus bindings that can be used by applications to manipulate content stored in a repository. Established in 2002, Carleton Immersive Media Studio (CIMS) is a Carleton University Research Centre within the School of Architecture.
