C.F. Estrela Amadora
Club Football Estrela Amadora SAD (), sometimes just Estrela da Amadora, is a Portuguese professional sports club (predominantly football) based in Amadora, northwest of Lisbon. The team is currently competing in the Primeira Liga, after winning promotion from Liga Portugal 2 in 2022–23. It is the successor of Clube de Futebol Estrela da Amadora, founded in 1932 and extinct in 2011 due to financial problems and bankruptcy. The club was newly founded in 2020, when Clube Desportivo Estrela merged with Club Sintra Football and taking the place of that team in the third-tier Campeonato de Portugal. C.F. Diogo Martins Travassos (born 31 March 2004) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Estrela da Amadora, on loan from Sporting CP, as a right-back. Career Travassos is a youth product of Sporting CP since 2010 and worked his way up their youth categories. On 7 June 2021, he signed his first professional contract with Sporting CP until 2025 and was promoted to their reserves. On 2 October 2022, he extended his contract with the club until 2026.
