Michal Bílek
Michal Bílek (born 13 April 1965) is a football manager and former player who serves as head coach of the Czech Republic U21 national team. He led the Czech Republic national football team for four years between 2009 and 2013. As a player, he represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic at international level. His playing position was right midfielder. Playing career During his career, Bílek was mainly associated with Sparta Prague, which he represented on four separate occasions, starting with the first team aged only 17. He played in the Czechoslovak First League for RH Cheb in the mid-1980s before returning to Sparta. On 27 December 1990, Bílek transferred to Spanish club Real Betis, being relegated in his first season, and returning to Sparta after another year. František Bílek
František Bílek (6 November 1872, Chýnov – 13 October 1941, Chýnov) was a Czech people, Czech sculptor and architect, in the Art Nouveau and Symbolism (movement), Symbolist styles. Biography His father was a wheelwright. He graduated from primary school in Tábor, then went to study painting with Professor Maxmilián Pirner at the Academy of Fine Arts Prague. As it turned out, he was color blind so, on the advice of his teachers, he transferred to the State Industrial School, where he studied sculpture with Josef Mauder. His younger brother, , would also become a sculptor. In 1891, he received a scholarship from a patron, the businessman , which enabled him to study in Paris at the Académie Colarossi, with Jean Antoine Injalbert. He soon became part of a group of Czech artists living there, including Alfons Mucha. His initial works were inspired by his religious feelings. Jiří Bílek (born 4 November 1983) is a Czech former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He is currently a member of Slavia Prague's board of directors, and serves as the club's sporting director. Playing career Born in Prague, Bílek began his career at Sparta Prague before joining Chmel Blšany in 2003. He played in Blšany three years before being transferred to Slovan Liberec in 2006. Martin Bílek (7 January 1973 – 1 August 2000) was a Czech shot putter. He finished eighth at the 1992 World Junior Championships. He competed at the 1994 and 1996 European Indoor Championships without reaching the final. He became Czech indoor champion in 1995. After failing to reach the 1997 World Championships he retired.
