Béla Bodonyi (born 14 December 1956) is a Hungary, Hungarian former association football, footballer who played at both professional and international levels as a Forward (association football), striker. Career Born in Jászdózsa, Bodonyi played club football in both Hungary and Switzerland for Debreceni VSC, Debrecen, Budapest Honvéd FC, Budapest Honvéd and FC Bulle. He also earned 27 caps for the Hungary national football team, Hungary national team between 1979 and 1985, representing them at the 1982 FIFA World Cup. References

Jászdózsa
Jászdózsa is a village on the banks of the Tarna river in the Jászság, Jász region of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county in central Hungary approximately east of Budapest. The village is on the Vámosgyörk–Újszász–Szolnok railway line. History Its name first appears in documents dating back to 1344.
