GNU Bazaar
GNU Bazaar (formerly Bazaar-NG, command line tool bzr) is a Distributed version control, distributed and client–server revision control system sponsored by Canonical Ltd., Canonical. Bazaar can be used by a single developer working on multiple Branching (version control), branches of local content, or by teams collaborating across a network. Bazaar is written in the Python programming language, with packages for major Linux distributions, and Microsoft Windows. Bazaar is free software and part of the GNU Project. Features Bazaar commands are similar to those found in Concurrent Versions System, CVS or Subversion (software), Subversion. A new project can be started and maintained without a remote repository server by invoking bzr init in a directory which a person wishes to version. In contrast to purely distributed version control systems which do not use a central server, Bazaar supports working with or without a central server. It is possible to use both methods at th ... GABAA Receptor
The GABAA receptor (GABAAR) is an ionotropic receptor and ligand-gated ion channel. Its endogenous ligand is γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Upon opening, the GABAA receptor on the postsynaptic cell is selectively permeable to chloride ions (Cl−) and, to a lesser extent, bicarbonate ions (HCO3−). Depending on the membrane potential and the ionic concentration difference, this can result in ionic fluxes across the pore. If the membrane potential is higher than the equilibrium potential (also known as the reversal potential) for chloride ions, when the receptor is activated Cl− will flow into the cell. This causes an inhibitory effect on neurotransmission by diminishing the chance of a successful action potential occurring at the postsynaptic cell. The reversal potential of the GABAA-mediated inhibitory postsynaptic potential (IPSP) in normal solution is −70 mV, contrasting the GABAB IPSP (-100 mV). ... Béziers Cap D'Agde Airport
Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (french: link=no, Aéroport Béziers Cap d'Agde) is an airport serving the town of Béziers and nearby Languedoc coastal resorts including Cap d'Agde. It is 11.5 km (6.2 NM) southeast of Béziers, near Vias in the Hérault department. History Because of its comparatively short runway measuring , the airport was unable to benefit from the growth of low-cost flights that had fuelled expansion at other airports in the region ( Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier and Nîmes). For some years there were plans to extend the runway and this work was finally carried out between November 2006 and February 2007. The new runway is now capable of handling the Boeing 737-sized jets favoured by low-cost carriers. Facilities are limited, with departure capacity just capable to accommodate passengers for two Boeing 737s, using the two gates. After a runway expansion completed in 2007, daily direct flights to Paris Orly and seasonal services to Bastia were ...
