''Byrrhus'' is a genus of pill beetles in the family Byrrhidae. There are at least 30 described species in ''Byrrhus''. The correct date for this genus is 1767 (#195), as it was not listed in 1758. ''B. pilula'' (Linnaeus, 1758) was listed under the genus Dermestes' in the 10th edition (#18).
