Buse Naz Çakıroğlu (born 26 May 1996) is a female Turkish people, Turkish, World and European champion and Olympic finaist Boxing, boxer. She is a Fenerbahçe S.K. athlete. Personal life Çakıroğlu was born in Trabzon, Turkey on 26 May 1996. She studied Physical Education and Sport in Düzce University. Boxing career The female boxer at is a member of Fenerbahçe S.K. (Boxing Branch), Fenerbahçe Boxing. Çakıroğlu became champion at the 2017 Women's European Union Amateur Boxing Championships held in Cascia, Italy. She took the silver medal at the 2018 Women's European Amateur Boxing Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria. The European Amateur Boxing Championships is the highest competition for boxing amateurs in Europe, organised by the continent's governing body EUBC, which stands for the '' European Boxing Confederation''. The Mediterranean Games is a multi-sport event organised by the International Committee of Mediterranean Games (CIJM). It is held every four years among athletes from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea in Africa, Asia and Europe. 2019 European Games
The 2nd European Games 2019 (, ''Jeŭrapiejskija huĺni 2019''; , ''Yevropeyskiye igry 2019''), also known as the 2019 European Games or Minsk 2019 (; ), were held in Minsk, Belarus, from 21 June to 30 June 2019. The games featured 200 events in 15 sports (23 disciplines). Around 4,000 athletes from 50 countries participated. The European Games is a continental multi-sport event in the Olympic tradition contested by athletes from countries served by national Olympic committees within the European Olympic Committees (EOC), the regional association for such committees. The European Union Amateur Boxing Championships is a competition for amateur boxers from the European Union and its candidate countries (thus Turkey is a leading participant). The championships are organised by the continent's governing body, the European Boxing Confederation (EUBC).
