Burning Witches
Burning Witches is a Swiss heavy/power metal band, founded by rhythm guitarist Romana Kalkuhl, based in Brugg, Aargau. History Formation and self-titled debut Romana Kalkuhl, guitarist with Atlas & Axis, had been looking for a cast for an all-female metal band for a long time. Over the years, she got to know different musicians and finally found the first cast with bassist Jeanine Grob, drummer Lala Frischknecht and lead singer Seraina Telli. In 2016, guitarist Alea Wyss completed the lineup. First came a self-titled single, which was also the band's first demo. This was voted "Demo of the Month" in both Rock Hard and Metal Hammer. In 2017, Burning Witches released their self-titled debut album in-house, directed by V.O. Pulver (Poltergeist, Gurd) and Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer (Destruction). The album was distributed through the crowdfunding platform Pledge Music. With the song Jawbreaker, the album contains a cover version of a song by Judas Priest. The album reached number 73 ...

Nervosa is a Brazilian-Greek thrash metal, thrash/death metal band originally from São Paulo. The band is signed to Napalm Records and has released five studio albums and one EP. History Foundation and ''Victim of Yourself'' (2010–2015) The band was founded in 2010 by guitarist Prika Amaral and drummer Fernanda Terra, months later Karen Ramos joined the band as a second guitarist. Ross Friedman (born January 3, 1954), also known as Ross the Boss, is an American guitarist, best known as a founding member of both the Punk rock, punk band the Dictators and the Heavy metal music, heavy metal band Manowar (band), Manowar. History Friedman was born in the Bronx, New York City, and formed the punk rock band the Dictators with Andy Shernoff in New Paltz, New York, in 1973. Prior to this, Friedman had played in a local band, Total Crudd.
