Buried Secrets (Body Of Proof)
"Buried Secrets" is the eighth episode of the first season of the American medical drama ''Body of Proof''. It was originally broadcast in the United States on ABC on May 10, 2011. The episode was directed by David Platt and written by Sunil Nayar and series creator Christopher Murphey. In this episode, Megan Hunt (Dana Delany) investigates when Joe Salerno (Derek Russo), a friend of Samantha Baker (Sonja Sohn), is found dead, after being run over. However, Megan concludes that he was dead before the car hit him. Bud Morris (John Carroll Lynch) finds out that Joe was doing freelance work on a cold case involving Lizzy Adler (Rebecca Blumhagen), a student athlete who was murdered. After getting Lizzy's body exhumed, Megan realizes the same person killed Joe and Lizzy. Meanwhile, Megan asks her mother Joan (Joanna Cassidy) to help with the case. ''Buried Secrets'' is the second EP by American band Painkiller (band), Painkiller originally released by Toy's Factory in Japan and Earache Records, Earache in the UK, featuring guest appearances from Justin Broadrick and G. C. Green from Godflesh. Broadrick described the release as the result of various jams and improvisational sessions. ''Buried Secrets'' is a 1996 American drama horror television film directed by Michael Toshiyuki Uno, starring Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. Plot Annalisse Vellum ( Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) is a young woman who, along with her mother Laura Vellum (Melinda Culea), move back to her mother's hometown, sometime after the death of her father. They rent the home of Laura's old school classmate, Clay Roff ( Tim Matheson), whose troubled teenage daughter Mary (Erika Flores) disappeared sometime earlier. Clay invites the two women to dinner at his house, where they meet his current wife, Danielle Roff ( Kelly Rutherford), and his young daughter, Heather. ''Stolen Voices, Buried Secrets'' is an American true crime television series on the Investigation Discovery Network. The program is different from other true-crime series because the murders are portrayed from the omniscient point-of-view of the victim using "fictionalized dialogue". While the all-seeing narrator knows who was responsible, the series allows viewers to piece together who is the culprit based on clues from investigators, family and friends as each story unfolds.
