	Bulamogi Bulamogi is one of the five traditional principalities of the kingdom of Busoga in Uganda. Prior to this Bulamogi enjoyed elevated status among the chiefdoms of Busoga and its leaders ruled Busoga for two centuries. 	Busoga Busoga ( Lusoga: Obwakyabazinga bwa Busoga) is a kingdom and one of four constitutional monarchies in present-day Uganda. The kingdom is a cultural institution which promotes popular participation and unity among the people of the region through development programs to improve their standard of living. Busoga strives for a united people who have economic, social and cultural prosperity and assists the Kyabazinga. Busoga means "Land of the Soga", and is the kingdom of the 11 principalities of the Basoga or Soga (singular ''Musoga'') people. Its capital is Bugembe, near Jinja (Uganda's second-largest city, after Kampala). 	Kaliro District Kaliro District is a district in the Eastern Region of Uganda. It was created out of the eastern part of Kamuli District in 2006. Kaliro is the site of the district headquarters. Location Kaliro District borders Serere District to the north, across Lake Nakuwa, one, of the lakes that comprise the Lake Kyoga water complex. Pallisa District lies to the northeast, Namutumba District to the southeast, Iganga District to the south, Luuka District to the southwest, and Buyende District to the northwest.
