According to the 2020 census, it had a population of 73,143 people. Ashtabula ( ) is the most populous city in Ashtabula County, Ohio, United States. It lies at the mouth of the Ashtabula River, on Lake Erie, northeast of Cleveland. At the 2020 census, the city had 17,975 people. Like many other cities in the Rust Belt, it has lost population because of a decline in industrial jobs since the 1960s. Bulă
Bulă () is a fictional stock character of Romanian humor. Bulă, a buffoon and coward, was "born" during the Nicolae Ceaușescu regime of Communist Romania. The name, among other interpretations, is a one-letter deformation of "pulă", a Romanian vulgar slang for "penis". Bulă is young, he is funny, he has an attitude, and he has an answer for everything. He can be a hero with modesty and, equally, he can fail with dignity; no one can firmly say whether he is stupid or just a trickster. Bulă is the descendant of Păcală and , friend of , less educated, but with an equally sharp tongue. In 2006, TVR conducted a vote to determine whom the general public considers the 100 greatest Romanians of all time. Bulă was voted to be the 59th greatest Romanian. Silvian Centiu, commenting on his show, ''A Transylvanian in Silicon Valley'', wrote: "When in San Francisco and in New York I mentioned Bula, the omnipresent character in Romanian jokes, I was delighted to hear audience members ...

Bula (band)
Bula is a Brazilian alternative rock band from Santos, São Paulo, originally composed by former members of the bands Charlie Brown Jr. and A Banca. History The band was conceived in mid-2014 by the remaining members of A Banca (with the exception of Thiago Castanho), formed in April of the previous year by former members of Charlie Brown Jr. after the death of its vocalist Chorão; however, A Banca only lasted for five months due to the suicide of its frontman, Champignon. Guitarist/lead vocalist Marcão, bassist Helena "Lena" Papini and drummer Bruno Graveto teamed up to continue making music, dubbing their new group "Bula" in reference both to the papal bull and the seal used to authenticate it, the '' bulla''; as Marcão explained, all of the bandmembers "have their fates sealed together as in a pact". Graveto's stay on the band was short-lived though, as he eventually got busy with other commitments with pop rock band Strike, and was replaced by Pinguim Ruas. In Novembe ...
