Brynrefail
Brynrefail () is a small village in north-east Anglesey, Wales. Location It is located in the civil parish of Moelfre on the A5025 between Amlwch and Benllech. Amenities As the settlement is very small it has very few amenities. Those it does have include a late 19th-century church, a craft shop/general store, a garden centre and a community hall which was opened in 1995. The island's only airsoft /paintball, OTT Airsoft Club, site is located close to the village and ''Tyddyn Mon'', a 'Learning Disability Wales' centre, is found in the village. The village is on bus route 62 which runs every half an hour between Bangor and Amlwch. It is the best stop for the beaches of Dulas Bay and Lligwy Bay (which are about 1.5 miles away) as well as the nearby camping and caravan sites. Moelfre, Anglesey
Moelfre () is a village, a community and, until 2012, an electoral ward on the north-east coast of the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. The community area covers the village and harbour, and several smaller, dispersed settlements. It includes six scheduled Iron Age hut groups and many other sites of archaeological interest. The harbour was formerly a local fishing port; a lifeboat station has been based here since 1854. Among many shipwrecks off the coast was that of the Royal Charter in 1859. Near the modernised lifeboat station is the RNLI Seawatch Centre. The coastline includes a rocky headland north of the village and a large sandy beach at Lligwy Bay, both traversed by the Anglesey Coastal Path. The 2011 census measured the village population as 710. It was estimated at 614 in 2019. The A5025 is an Great Britain road numbering scheme, 'A' road that runs from Llanfairpwllgwyngyll to Valley, Anglesey, Valley in Anglesey, Wales. A major road around the north coast of the isle, it runs up the east, north and finally north-west side of the island via several places including Benllech and Amlwch. In all the road is long. Dulas Bay
Dulas Bay (Welsh: ''Bae Dulas'') is a small bay on the north east coast of Anglesey (''Ynys Môn''), north Wales, forming the boundary between Llaneilian and Moelfre communities. The bay is bordered by three beaches. Overview The north-western beach is the sand/shingle/mud estuary Traeth Dulas (''Dulas Beach''); southeast of this is the tiny Traeth Bach (''Small Beach'') and the sandy Traeth Yr Ora (''Beach of The Fortified Landing Place''). The estuary running through Traeth Dulas is that of the Afon Goch (''Red River''). The Traeth Bach and Traeth Yr Ora at high tide are separated by a rock outcrop called Craig y Sais (''The Saxon Rock''). At low tide, however, it is possible to walk on the sand between the three beaches and also onto th beaches of Lligwy Bay to the south. Airsoft
Airsoft is a team game in which participants eliminate opposing players by tagging them out of play with spherical plastic projectiles shot with mock air weapons(usually powered by an electronic motor) called airsoft guns. Although similar to paintball in concept and gameplay, airsoft pellets do not leave visible markings on their target and hits are not always apparent. Though the pellets leave bruises or welts on exposed skin (and so protective gear is recommended), the game relies heavily on an honor system in which players who have been hit are expected to call themselves out. Paintball
Paintball is a competitive team shooting sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with spherical dye-filled gelatin capsules called paintballs that break upon impact. Paintballs are usually shot using low-energy air weapons called paintball markers that are powered by compressed air or carbon dioxide and were originally designed for remotely marking trees and cattle.
