Brynn Carman
Brynn Carman (born November 26, 1994) is an American journalist and former pair skater. With Chris Knierim, she placed ninth at the 2009 World Junior Championships. Career Carman began skating with Chris Knierim in February 2006. Dalilah Sappenfield coached the pair at the World Ice Arena in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After winning the junior silver medal at the 2009 U.S. Championships, the two were selected to compete at the 2009 World Junior Championships. They placed ninth at the event in Sofia, Bulgaria. They announced the end of their partnership on April 9, 2009. Carman teamed up with A. J. Reiss in spring 2009. They were coached by Peter Oppegard in Artesia, California. The pair finished 13th at the 2010 World Junior Championships in The Hague, Netherlands. Their partnership ended in 2011. The 2010–11 figure skating season began on July 1, 2010, and ended on June 30, 2011. During this season, elite skaters competed on the ISU Championship level at the 2011 European, Four Continents, World Junior, and World Championships. They also competed in elite competitions such as the Grand Prix series and Junior Grand Prix series, culminating in the Grand Prix Final. Marc Shaiman (; born October 22, 1959) is an American composer and lyricist for films, television, and theatre, best known for his collaborations with lyricist and director Scott Wittman. He wrote the music and co-wrote the lyrics for the Broadway musical version of the John Waters film '' Hairspray''. He has won a Grammy, an Emmy, and a Tony, and been nominated for seven Oscars. Joaquín Rodrigo
Joaquín Rodrigo Vidre, 1st Marquess of the Gardens of Aranjuez (; 22 November 1901 – 6 July 1999), was a Spanish composer and a virtuoso pianist. He is best known for composing the '' Concierto de Aranjuez'', a cornerstone of the classical guitar repertoire. Life Rodrigo was born in Sagunto (Valencia), and completely lost his sight at the age of three after contracting diphtheria. The free skating segment of figure skating, also called the free skate and the long program, is the second of two segments of competitions, skated after the short program.
