Tuluá (), is a city located in the heart of Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The 2019 Pan American Games (), officially the XVIII Pan American Games () and commonly known as Lima 2019, were a multi-sport event governed by the Panam Sports Organization held in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019, with preliminary rounds in certain events having begun on July 24, 2019. The Tour de Taiwan is an annual professional road bicycle racing race stage, stage race held in Taiwan since 1978, and has been part of the UCI Asia Tour since 2005.
