Bruno Godeau
Bruno Godeau (born 10 May 1992) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Sint-Truiden in the Belgian Pro League. Club career Godeau started football career, where he was a youth club at RSD Jette, Anderlecht and MTK Budapest before returning to Anderlecht. Towards the end of the 2011–12 season, Godeau attracted interests from Lokeren and Heerenveen. On the last day of the summer transfer window of 2012, Godeau joined Belgian Pro League rival Zulte-Waregem on loan for the remainder of the 2012–13 season. He made his debut for the club, in a 3–0 loss against Lokeren on 20 October 2012. Though receiving a little first team opportunities, Godeau playing time would increase as the season progress, under the management of Francky Dury. Royal Excel Mouscron (, ), commonly known as Mouscron or familiarly as REM, was a Belgian professional football club based in Mouscron. The team was formed as ''Royal Mouscron-Péruwelz'' in the spring of 2010 as a result of the merging between bankrupt R.E. Mouscron and R.R.C. Peruwelz. It won promotion to the Belgian Pro League in 2014 and changed its name in the summer of 2016, being relegated in 2021 and filing for bankruptcy a year later. Belgian Cup
The Belgian Cup (; ; ) is the main knockout football competition in Belgium, run by the Royal Belgian FA. The competition started in 1908 with provincial selections as the "Belgian Provinces Cup". Starting from 1912 only actual clubs were allowed to partake. As of 1964, the Belgian Cup has been organised annually. Since the 2015–16 edition, the Belgian Cup is called the Croky Cup, for sponsorship purposes. The final traditionally takes place at the Heysel Stadium in Brussels. The 2019–20 Belgian First Division A (officially known as Jupiler Pro League) was the 117th season of top-tier football in Belgium. On 2 April 2020, the Jupiler Pro League's board of directors agreed to propose to cancel the season early during the COVID-19 pandemic. Should this proposal be accepted, Club Brugge KV, Club Brugge will be awarded the title. In the meantime UEFA has threatened to ban teams in Europe in case their respective leagues were terminated early without trying to have all remaining matches completed. The decision of whether to accept this proposal was initially meant to be decided by a vote at a meeting on 15 April 2020, but had been postponed three times.
