Bruce Ozella
Bruce Ozella (born November 10, 1958) is an American cartoonist, best known for his revival of ''Popeye'' in 2012. After study at Boston's New England School of Art & Design, Ozella worked as a graphic designer and illustrator in Boston for more than 30 years, producing advertising concepts, brochures, cartoons, flyers, magazine and newspaper ads, pamphlets, posters, programs and public relations materials. Comic books In 2011-12, for IDW Publishing, IDW, writer-artist Roger Langridge scripted a four-issue ''Popeye'' miniseries, with Ozella illustrating issues #1 and #4. Roger Langridge
Roger Langridge (born 14 February 1967) is a New Zealand comics writer, artist and letterer, currently living in Britain. Biography Langridge originally came to public prominence most notably with the '' Judge Dredd Megazine'' series ''The Straitjacket Fits'' (written by David Bishop), a surreal, hallucinatory, convention-bending strip set in an insane asylum with a cast of characters who realised they were in a comic strip and burst from the edge of the frame. He had previously been a regular artist for the 1988 issues of the Auckland University Students' Association's magazine Craccum. His cartoon style proved perfect for the series and he continued to work for the ''Megazine'', in addition to a series of comedy books dedicated to his Buster Keaton-inspired character ''Fred the Clown'', which he wrote and drew as a webcomic before self-publishing the material as small press titles. Craig Yoe
Craig Yoe (; born February 23, 1951) is an American author, editor, art director, graphic designer, cartoonist and comics historian, best known for his Yoe! Studio creations and his line of Yoe Books. Early life Craig Yoe was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended Firestone High School in Akron, Ohio and the University of Akron before dropping out to concentrate on counter-cultural activities and the anti-war movement. Career In the early 1970s Yoe was a leader in the Akron Jesus People movement, creating a newspaper/Christian comic first called ''The Acorn'' and, later, ''Jesus Loves You''. In 1970, Yoe commissioned legendary surf artist and friend Rick Griffin to do the painting ''Rock of Ages'' which became the cover for ''Jesus Loves You'' (published by Zondervan).
