Bruce Breslow
Bruce H. Breslow (born February 2, 1956) is an American Businesspeople, businessman and politician. He retired as a Commissioner on the Nevada Public Utilities Commission, Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (PUCN) on October 5, 2018. He was appointed to this position on September 5, 2017 by Brian Sandoval, Governor Brian Sandoval. Breslow previously served as the Director of the Department of Business and Industry for the state of Nevada. He was appointed to this position in November 2012 by Brian Sandoval, Governor Brian Sandoval and was the longest serving Director to date. Kenneth Carroll Guinn (August 24, 1936 – July 22, 2010), was an American academic administrator, businessman and politician who served as the 27th Governor of Nevada from 1999 to 2007 and interim president of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1994 to 1995. Originally a Democrat, he later joined the Republican Party prior to being elected governor. Early life and career Guinn was born in Garland, Arkansas and reared in Exeter, California. He married his wife, Dema, in Reno on July 7, 1956. They had two sons, Jeff and Steve. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in physical education from California State University, Fresno.
