Brochet MB-30
''Constructions Aéronautiques Maurice Brochet'' was a French manufacturer of light aircraft established by Maurice Brochet (18 June 1899 – 16 June 1969) in Neauphle-le-Château in 1947. Aircraft design and construction Initially, the firm sold plans for light aircraft of Brochet's own designs to amateur constructors, but gradually undertook more and more aircraft construction, with its final designs not marketed for homebuilding at all. During the early 1950s, Brochet sold some 58 light planes of eight designs to the French government for distribution to the country's aeroclubs. Aircraft produced Maurice Brochet built the MB.10 and the MB.20 gliders in the 1930s. The latter became the Avia 50 motorized glider. He also built three units of the MB.30 monoplane with parasol wing in 1934 before opening the Brochet factory. Neauphle-le-Château
Neauphle-le-Château () is a commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. History Neauphle-le-Château gained international fame in 1978 when, on October 8, Iranian Islamic leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini rented and moved into a house there following his exile by the regime of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in the midst of the Iranian Revolution, and after being deported from Iraq where he was taking refuge amongst the Shi'a community. The Ayatollah continued to reside there until the following year when he returned to Iran following the collapse of the Shah's regime and later became Iran's Supreme Leader. Due to the Ayatollah's time residing in Neauphle-le-Château, the street in Tehran on which the French Embassy in Iran is located and was previously known as ''Faranseh'' (France) street, is now renamed after the village. AVIA () is a Soviet/Russian experimental pop band formed in Leningrad in 1986. AVIA released four studio albums and led the first wave of the Soviet bands which made their breakthrough in the West in the late 1980s. Band history AVIA was formed in September 1985 by the ex-members of Strannye Igry, multi-instrumentalists Nikolai Gusev, Alexey Rakhov and drummer Alexander Kondrashkin who were joined by Anton Adasinsky (guitars, vocals), saxophonists Elena Bobretsova and Alexey Merkushev, and performance artist Marat Timergazov who, supported by the ever growing cast of dancers and gymnasts created a peculiar mass pantomime comprising elements of 1920s constructivism, sports parades and the early Soviet visual culture clichés. Equally eclectic was the band's style, a mix of new wave rock, quasi-classical marches and synthpop.
