District 21 of the Oregon House of Representatives is one of 60 House legislative districts in the state of Oregon. As of 2021, the district is contained entirely within Marion County, Oregon, Marion County and covers Keizer, Oregon, Keizer and downtown Salem, Oregon, Salem, including the Oregon State Capitol.
