Brian Brown (Jamaican Footballer)
Brian Brown (born 29 December 1992) is a Jamaican footballer who plays for the Jamaica national team as a forward. He has played professionally for clubs in Jamaica, the United States, and Albania, as well as for the Jamaica national football team. Club career Montego Bay United Brown began his professional career at Montego Bay United of the National Premier League. Harbour View Brown moved to fellow Jamaican club Harbour View during the 2012–13 season. In his first full season, he won the 2013–14 RSPL Golden Boot, after scoring 18 goals in 30 league appearances. Brown did not appear for the club during the 2014–15 season, going on loan to clubs in the United States. Sandy Bay, Jamaica
Sandy Bay, Jamaica is a seaside town in western Jamaica. There are several churches such as the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Baptist Church, the Methodist Church, and the Church of God. Sandy Bay was also home to a Jockey International Factory which was a major employer for the town. They have since left to find cheaper labour. Sandy Bay Primary and Junior High School (previously Sandy Bay All Age) provides education for the children of Sandy Bay and neighboring Mt. Pelier. Qarabağ Futbol Klubu, commonly known as Qarabağ () is an Azerbaijani professional football club, based in Baku, that competes in the Azerbaijan Premier League, the top flight of Azerbaijani football. Real Monarchs is a professional soccer club playing in the MLS Next Pro, a third division league of American soccer. The team is owned by, and operates as the reserve team of, the Major League Soccer club Real Salt Lake. While the senior club is based, and plays, in Rio Tinto Stadium, Sandy, Utah, Real Monarchs SLC are based in the Real Salt Lake training facility in Herriman, Utah, playing out of Zions Bank Stadium. 2016 USL Playoffs
The 2016 USL Playoffs is a postseason tournament following the 2016 United Soccer League regular season, the second since the league rebranded for the 2015 season. Including USL Pro history, it is the fifth postseason tournament. The tournament began on September 30 and will last until October 23. Sixteen teams (top 8 per conference) will compete, up from 12 last season, in the single elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded one through eight in each conference. The conference semifinal winners will play against each other in the Conference Championship, which will serve as the overall semifinals for the playoff. The winners of the Eastern and Western Conference Championship will play for the championship. The winner of the playoffs will be crowned league champion with the USL Cup. 2016 USL Season
The 2016 USL season was the sixth season of the United Soccer League and the twenty-second season of USSF sanctioned Division III play organized by the United Soccer Leagues. On August 6, 2015, the league announced that the season would consist of 30 games rather than 28 games played from 2013–2015. This was the first increase in the number of games since the league went from 24 games per season in 2012 to 28 games in 2013. The league expanded from 24 to 29 teams in 2016. Six franchises were officially announced by the league: Swope Park Rangers, Orlando City B, Rio Grande Valley FC, FC Cincinnati, Bethlehem Steel FC, and San Antonio FC. The Austin Aztex were on hiatus for the 2016 season, due to stadium availability issues, but planned to return in 2017 pending construction of a new, soccer-specific stadium.
