"Breakeven", also titled "Breakeven (Falling to Pieces)" is a song by the Irish pop rock band the Script. It was released on 24 November 2008 as the third single from their first album, ''The Script'' (2008). The song peaked at number 10 in Ireland, number 21 in the United Kingdom, number 12 in the United States ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and number 3 in Australia. Music video The music video premiered on BBC Radio 1's website on 29 September 2008. It was recorded at the Great South Wall in Dublin. Before recording began, the Dublin radio station FM104 had a competition for a listener to appear in the music video. The music video shows clips of the band's home city of Dublin, Ireland and the band performing. The video almost created minor controversy when Danny O'Donoghue's ex-girlfriend was supposed to be cast as an extra but this was avoided when the producers chose a different girl. The Script
The Script are an Irish rock band formed in 2001 in Dublin, consisting of lead vocalist and keyboardist Danny O'Donoghue, lead guitarist Mark Sheehan, and drummer Glen Power. The band moved to London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic and released their eponymous debut album in August 2008, preceded by the debut single " We Cry" as well as other singles such as " The Man Who Can't Be Moved", " Breakeven" and " Before the Worst". The album peaked at number one in both Ireland and the UK. The X Factor (Australia Series 4)
''The X Factor'' was an Australian television reality music competition, based on the original UK series, to find new singing talent; the winner of which received a Sony Music Australia recording contract and a new car. The fourth season premiered on the Seven Network on 20 August 2012 and ended on 20 November 2012. The winner was Samantha Jade and her winner's single " What You've Done to Me" was released after the final. Jade was mentored throughout by Guy Sebastian, who won as mentor for the second year in a row. The main live shows was presented by Luke Jacobz, while season three finalist Johnny Ruffo presented the digital live streaming show ''The X Stream''. ''X Factor Indonesia'' is an Indonesian television music competition to find new singing talent; the winner of which receives a 1 billion rupiahs recording contract with Sony Music Indonesia. The first season was started on RCTI on December 28, 2012 and ended on May 24, 2013.
