Breaker (Vary Lumar Album)
''Breaker'' is the third studio album by the Boston alternative rock band Vary Lumar. Experiencing a lull in morale following the exit of original guitarist Ben Case, the band found themselves revitalized after a string of singles and performances with new member Christopher G. Brown. Working again with longtime producer Sean McLaughlin at 37' Productions, the band spent much of the Summer of 2014 tracking the album. A successful Kickstarter campaign enabled the album to be released on vinyl. Vary Lumar
Vary Lumar is an alternative rock band based out of Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 2004. History While attending Berklee College of Music, Paul DePasquale, Robert Laff, and Rob Fusco formed the core of Vary Lumar. After playing with a few different lead guitarists, Ben Case settled into the role as the band recorded their debut EP, ''The Cold Heart Bru Hah Hah''. After a lengthy recording process with producer Sean McLaughlin, Vary Lumar released their first full-length album ''Waiting Room''. The album was declared Album of the Month by Performer Magazine, and the band went on an East Coast tour. Fusco briefly left the band as they recorded follow-up EP ''Plasticolor Coma'', and rejoined as they began work on their second full-length again with McLaughlin producing. Rockland, Massachusetts
Rockland is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 17,803 at the 2020 census. As of December 31, 2009, there were 11,809 registered voters in the community. History Rockland was a part of territory given to one Timothy Hatherly in a land grant, later known as the Hatherly Grant, in 1654. It was then populated by European settlers as a northeastern region of the neighboring town Abington in 1673. The town separated and incorporated as Rockland on March 9, 1874. It is named for the town's rocky nature, which was better suited for mills and industry than for farming. During King Philip's War, the town was the site of an encampment during his raids on the town of Scituate. The Noise
''the Noise'' was a monthly newspaper serving the cities of Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, Clarkdale, and Winslow in northern Arizona. Founded in 1993 by four high school seniors whose rural hometown's budget cuts lead to the cancellation of the student newspaper, it has since expanded its circulation and editorial to encompass a large swath of northern Arizona.
