Brandon Miller (lacrosse)
Brandon Miller (born May 4, 1979, in Orangeville, Ontario, Orangeville, Ontario) is a Canadian former professional box lacrosse goaltender who most recently played for the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League, and the Six Nations Chiefs and, formerly, the Brampton Excelsiors (MSL), Brampton Excelsiors in the Ontario Lacrosse Association's Major Series Lacrosse, Major Series. He has won four Mann Cups, two with each of the Chiefs and Excelsiors. Rob "Blazer" Blasdell (born May 15, 1970) is a former Canadian lacrosse goaltender in the National Lacrosse League. Professional career Blasdell began his career with the Ontario Raiders in 1998, moving with them to Toronto the next year. Edmonton Rush
The Edmonton Rush were a professional lacrosse team in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) that played from the 2006 to 2015 NLL seasons. The team announced on July 20, 2015, that they would be relocating to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, for the 2016 season, where they would play at the SaskTel Centre as the Saskatchewan Rush. History The NLL announced that Edmonton, Alberta would receive an NLL franchise on May 5, 2005. They played their home games at Rexall Place. The Edmonton team was owned by businessman Bruce Urban, who purchased the dormant Ottawa Rebel to start the Edmonton team. Although early reports suggested that they would be playing as the Edmonton Speed, they selected the name Rush on June 9, 2005. Matt Vinc ( ; born June 9, 1982, in St. Catharines, Ontario) is a Canadian professional box lacrosse goaltender who plays for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League and for the Peterborough Lakers of the Major Series Lacrosse. The Colorado Mammoth are an American professional box lacrosse team based in Denver, Colorado, that competes in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). The team has played its home games at Ball Arena since the 2003 season. They are owned by Stan Kroenke, who is also the owner of the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, and the Colorado Rapids. The Mammoth franchise previously played as the Baltimore Thunder from 1987 to 1999, the Pittsburgh CrosseFire in 2000, and the Washington Power from 2001 to 2002. The Buffalo Bandits are an American professional box lacrosse team based in Buffalo, New York, that competes in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). The team plays its home games at KeyBank Center. Matt Roik
Matt Roik (born November 17, 1979, in Dunnville, Ontario) is a professional lacrosse goaltender who has played in the National Lacrosse League. Roik most recently played for the Toronto Rock, and has also played for the Washington Stealth, San Jose Stealth, Chicago Shamrox, Philadelphia Wings, Anaheim Storm, and New Jersey Storm. NLL career Roik was selected with the final pick (72nd overall) of the 1999 NLL Entry Draft by the Toronto Rock, but was subsequently traded to the New Jersey Storm. He played two seasons in New Jersey, and stayed with the organization as they moved to Anaheim. After two seasons in Anaheim, the Storm folded, and Roik was acquired by the San Jose Stealth in the Anaheim dispersal draft.
