Brandon Michael Knight (born October 1, 1975) is an American professional baseball pitcher and coach (baseball), coach. Knight played Major League Baseball for the New York Yankees and the New York Mets, Nippon Professional Baseball for the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks and the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters, and in the KBO League for the Nexen Heroes. He is the current pitching coach for the Kiwoom Heroes of the KBO. The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) is a professional independent baseball league in the United States. It is an official MLB Partner League based in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States, and the headquarters are located at Penn Medicine Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Chad David Curtis (born November 6, 1968) is an American former professional baseball outfielder. Curtis played in Major League Baseball from 1992 to 2001 for the California Angels, Detroit Tigers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees, and Texas Rangers. Curtis compiled a .264 career batting average and hit 101 home runs. In 2013, Curtis was convicted of sexually assaulting three underage female students while he was employed at Lakewood High School in Lake Odessa, Michigan. He served seven years in prison. Samuel R. Marsonek (born July 10, 1978) is an American former Major League Baseball pitcher. Professional career Sam Marsonek was a 6'6" right handed pitcher out of Tampa, Florida. Sam was a graduate from Jesuit High School (FL) and was drafted as the 24th overall pick in the annual MLB First Player Draft in 1996, by the Texas Rangers. At the conclusion of the '99 season with the Rangers, Sam was traded to the New York Yankees in a trade deal with Brandon Knight for outfielder Chad Curtis.
