Brad Gotch
Bradley Gotch (born 23 June 1962) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Fitzroy and St Kilda in the Victorian/Australian Football League (VFL/AFL). He was most recently the head coach of West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL. Gotch was one of smallest players of his era at 165 cm and possessed an accurate left foot pass. Debuting in 1982 for Fitzroy, Gotch played thirty games in his first three years. In 1985 he played three games in the first six rounds before being delisted by Fitzroy and finishing the season with Port Adelaide in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). After impressing at Port Adelaide, he returned to Melbourne to play for the St Kilda Football Club. His best goal kicking feat was for St Kilda against his old side Fitzroy where he kicked seven goals in a game in 1987. Fitzroy Football Club
The Fitzroy Football Club is an Australian rules football club currently competing in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA). Formed in 1883 to represent the inner-Melbourne municipality of City of Fitzroy, Fitzroy, the club is based at the Brunswick Street Oval, W. T. Peterson Community Oval in Fitzroy North, Victoria, Fitzroy North. The club nickname is the Roys, having previously been the Maroons (until 1938), Gorillas (1938–1957) and Lions (1957–1996). The Victorian Football League (VFL) is an Australian rules football competition in Australia operated by the Australian Football League (AFL) as a second-tier, regional, semi-professional competition. It includes teams from clubs based in eastern states of Australia: Victoria (Australia), Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, including reserve team, reserves teams for the eastern state AFL clubs. Seb Gotch
Sebastian Edward Gotch (born 12 July 1993) is an Australian former cricketer who played as a wicket-keeper batsman. He made his List A debut for Cricket Australia XI on 5 October 2015 in the 2015–16 Matador BBQs One-Day Cup and his debut in the 2016–17 Big Bash League season for the Melbourne Stars in January 2017. He made his first-class debut for Victoria in the 2016–17 Sheffield Shield season on 25 February 2017. Gotch continued to play for the Melbourne Stars in BBL 08, 09, and 10 with mixed results, averaging 20, 9, and 13 respectively. In the 2019–2020 season playing for Victoria in the Sheffield Shield, Gotch scored back to back centuries. Peter German
Peter German (born 2 February 1965) is an Australian rules footballer coach and former player. Since retiring as a player at North Melbourne in the AFL, he has been an assistant coach at Hawthorn, West Coast, Fremantle and the Bulldogs. German has also been a senior coach at second tier clubs in three states, and won the 2004 and 2006 WAFL premierships as coach of Subiaco. German is a life member of both North Melbourne and the VFL. The Western Bulldogs are a professional Australian rules football club based in the Melbourne suburb of Footscray. The club competes in the Australian Football League (AFL), the sport's premier competition.
