Boundary Waters–Canadian Derecho
The Boundary Waters–Canadian Derecho (also called the Boundary Waters Blowdown) was an international derecho that occurred during the afternoon and evening of July 4 and the early morning of July 5, 1999. It traveled and lasted 22 hours. Storm path North Dakota In the pre-dawn of July 4, a band of thunderstorms developed over far eastern North Dakota. Chapleau is a township (Canada), township in Sudbury District, Ontario, Canada. It is the access point to one of the world's largest wildlife preserves. Chapleau has a population of 1,942 according to the 2021 Canadian census.
