Andrew Borger is an American drummer. Biography Born in Littleton, Colorado, Andrew Borger went to UC Berkeley and played extensively in the San Francisco Bay Area club scene before being recognized by Tom Waits and later Norah Jones. Andrew's flair for percussion includes not only the drum kit, but hand drums, maracas, and pots & pans, He is known for his extemporaneous approach, unique sonic palette, and stylistic versatility. In addition to Waits and Jones, he has played with Chuck Prophet, Sean Hayes, Smokey Hormel, Jesse Harris, Anaïs Mitchell, among others. Borger Kristoffersson Hoen
Borger Kristoffersson Hoen (5 June 1799 – 10 May 1877) was a Norwegian farmer and politician. Hoen was born on the Vølstad farm at Øvre Eiker in Buskerud, Norway. He was the son of Christopher Borgersen Hoen, who had served on the Norwegian Constitutional Assembly at Eidsvoll in 1814. In 1791, his father had acquired the Nedre Hoen farm which he inherited. His father was a supporter of the Haugean Movement (''haugianere''). Hans Nielsen Hauge visited Nedre Hoen several times, and the farm was an important center of Haugeans in Eiker. Borger Breeveld (born 20 July 1944) is a Surinamese actor and journalist. He is the media manager at the Surinam Television Foundation (STVS) and founder of Film Institute Paramaribo. In the Surinamese-Dutch film '' Wan Pipel'' (1976), Breeveld starred as Roy Ferrol. In the 1980s, Breeveld was spokesman of Dési Bouterse. Together with Arie Verkuijl and Pim de la Parra, Breeveld established the Film Institute Paramaribo (FIP). He is the secretary of the foundation Surinamese Film Academy. Rykle Borger
Riekele or Rykle Borger (born 24 May 1929, Wiuwert, the Netherlands; died 27 December 2010, Göttingen, Germany) was a notable Dutch Assyriologist educated in the German tradition. He was the protégé of Wolfram von Soden, and taught as professor in the Seminar für Keilschriftforschung (Seminar for Cuneiform Studies) at the University of Göttingen, Germany. Most famous for his cuneiform sign lists, Borger also published the important work ''Handbuch der Keilschriftliteratur'', a detailed overview of all the published books and articles related to Assyriology that were available at the time. Up until his death, Borger was working on an updated version. Karla Borger (born 22 November 1988 in Heppenheim) is a German beach volleyball player. She won a silver medal at the 2013 World Championships alongside her teammate Britta Büthe. In 2014 they won the German Championship. At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, she competed in women's beach volleyball with teammate Britta Büthe. They were defeated by the Brazilian team of Larissa França and Talita Antunes in the round of 16. After Büthe quit professional beach volleyball in 2016, Borger teamed up with Margareta Kozuch until 2018.
