Bondi () is a suburb of eastern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia, seven kilometres east of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of Waverley Council. Geography Bondi is a mostly medium and high-density residential area centred on Bondi Road, where the shopping area is situated. Bondita Mrina () (born 12 December 1972) is a human rights defender from Jorhat, Assam, in Northeastern India. Personal life Bondita Mrina was born to Jogananda Goswami, a Chemistry Professor at Jagannath Barooah College, Jorhat, and his wife Marinalini Goswami, who was the principal of ME Girls School at Jorhat. The Von Bondies
The Von Bondies are an American rock band formed in 1997. The band's breakthrough album, '' Pawn Shoppe Heart'', was released in 2004 and features the singles " C'mon C'mon" and "Tell Me What You See". The Von Bondies have headlined tours of the United Kingdom/Europe, Australia, and the United States, taking along supporting bands like The Kills, Kasabian, Franz Ferdinand, Modey Lemon, SSM, The Subways, The Stills, Hot Panda and The Donnas. 2024 Bondi Junction Stabbings
On Saturday 13 April 2024, 40-year-old Joel Cauchi stabbed and killed six people and injured a further twelve in the Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
