Bolwoningen is a Dutch community in Den Bosch, Netherlands. It consists of 50 spherical houses grouped together with winding paths between them, and next to a canal. History The community was built in by artist and sculptor Dries Kreijkamp During the 1980s, members of the moderate wing of the British Conservative Party who opposed some of the more hard-line policies of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher were often referred to by their opponents as "wets". s-Hertogenbosch (), colloquially known as Den Bosch (), is a city and municipality in the Netherlands with a population of 157,486. It is the capital of the province of North Brabant and its fourth largest by population. Thatcher coined the usage in 1979–80, with the meaning of feeble, lacking hardness, or willing to compromise with the unions.
