Bohuslav Fiala (general)
Bohuslav Fiala (29 January 1890, Frankstadt – 16 September 1964, Prague) was a Czechoslovak brigadier general who participated in the First World War and the Sudeten German uprising. Biography Fiala graduated from the Theresian Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt in 1907 and enlisted in the Austro-Hungarian Army. He participated in the First World War and joined the Czechoslovak Legion in Russia. After returning to his homeland, Fiala worked at the General Staff. He was promoted to brigadier general in July 1934. During the mobilization in 1938, Fiala became Chief of Staff of the Mobilized Army Headquarters. After demobilization, he returned to the General Staff. On 15 March 1939, Fiala issued an order to destroy all important files of the General Staff. During the occupation, Fiala actively participated in the resistance, but in December 1939 he was arrested. He was released in March 1942. Frenštát Pod Radhoštěm
Frenštát pod Radhoštěm (; german: Frankstadt (unter dem Radhoscht)) is a town in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 11,000 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. Administrative parts Frenštát pod Radhoštěm is made up of one administrative part. Geography Frenštát pod Radhoštěm lies at the confluence of the Lomná and Lubina rivers. Order Of The Yugoslav Crown
The Royal Order of the Yugoslav Crown was instituted by King Alexander I of Yugoslavia on 5 April 1930, to commemorate his changing of the name of the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. It continues as a dynastic order, with appointments currently made by Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia. History King Alexander ascended the Throne in 1921. During a political crisis in 1929 the strong separatist movements within the country forced the King to temporarily suspend the Constitution to declare a dictatorship and to place greater emphasis on national unity, which resulted in the name of the country to Yugoslavia. The order was awarded to Yugoslavian citizens who enhanced national unity or for merit towards the Crown or State in public service, as well as to the foreign nationals who had assisted the country. Order Of The Crown (Romania)
The Order of the Crown of Romania is a chivalric order set up on 14 March 1881 by King Carol I of Romania to commemorate the establishment of the Kingdom of Romania. It was awarded as a state order until the end of the Romanian monarchy in 1947. It was revived on 30 December 2011 as a dynastic order. Classes The order had five classes, most of them with limited numbers: * Grand Cross (limited to 25) * Grand Officer (limited to 80) * Commander (limited to 150) * Officer (limited to 300) * Knight (unlimited numbers) Insignia Decoration The religious character of the model of 1881 is a red-enamelled, eight-pointed Maltese Cross with wider margin of gold and white.
